From 238 to 140

For a long time, I checked all the right boxes.

I made smart food choices.
I kept myself moving.
I went for walks almost every single day.

Yet somehow, nothing changed.
The number on the scale stayed the same—and so did how I felt in my body.

After a while, I started telling myself that maybe this was just “normal” after 40.
